Motorised Scrap Winder controls helps in disposing of scrap coil which is left after punching out parts from strip.

It takes care of scrap management which is an important element of press shop routine and prevents snaking of dangerous strip in the Press shop.

Main Design Points :-

• Mandrels with full circumference jaws create a round coil and need little expansion to release the coil
• Coil end clamps hold the strip end while recoiling but release to allow coil removal
• Braked tensioning rollers impart coiling tension without interfering with preceding production processes
• Alternative strip guidance systems and snubber pressure rollers assist in building tight even sided coils
